Rallying 3,600 brand champions


After developing a new brand strategy, extensive messaging, and an updated corporate identity, MBLM created a series of global brand events to excite, engage and inform employees. From designing a series of richmails and video teasers to creating a multimedia brand gallery in 15 key global offices, MBLM also produced a virtual brand gallery for all other employees to see what the new brand was all about and why it was important.


Informed and enthusiastic employees were turned into brand champions. Additional workshops and presentations helped enable the firm to better prepare employees to contribute the external brand launch.
