MBLM Dubai is looking for a driven Business Development Executive. In this role, the Business Development Executive will be involved in generating leads, raising the company profile and developing the RFP submissions and proposals. The ideal candidate has an eye for details and can work quickly without losing sight of quality. We are a fast-paced, hard-working group that needs someone who doesn’t shy away from complex assignments, who is passionate about realizing ideas and is looking to make a difference.



  • Serve as the point person for all business development planning and implementation
  • Co-develop business development strategies in line with MBLM’s growth plan, services and offerings
  • Identify potential clients and opportunities within target sectors and geographies
  • Evaluate new business opportunities based on MBLM’s new business criteria and growth strategy
  • Assist Partners and/or Senior Directors in preparing proposals, pitches and RFP submissions
  • Establish a monthly business development reporting system to Partners/Directors addressing newly acquired business and revenue


  • 3+ years of relevant business development experience
  • Preferably based in the UAE, but open to all (no relocation packages provided)
  • Available for full time
